One of the unique features of The Preserve is that it was designed around our 2 “classic” floorplans designed for small businesses.
The 600 sf layout is designed for 2 to 4 people and features 2 offices, an optional reception area, an open area, a kitchen and a restroom.
The 1,000 sf layout has three offices all with windows, a reception area, a copy/fax area and open space for 2-3 desks.
